Refund and Returns Policy
1-Eligibility for Returns
- Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused,unaltered, free of damages and in its original condition.
- Custom or personalized tables are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2-Damaged or Defective Items
- If your table arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photos of the issue and the packaging to help us process your claim quickly.
- We’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the situation.
3-Non-Returnable Items
- Items damaged due to misuse.
- Custom or personalized tables unless they arrive damaged or defective.
4-Return Process
- Contact our customer support team to initiate a return.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
5-Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, we will process your refund within 15 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
6-Exchanges
- If you’d like to exchange your table, follow the same steps as a return and place a new order for the desired item.
